Mile High Meteorites occasionally accepts consignments for sale. All consignments are handled with care and professionalism, but please note the following terms:
Ownership: Consigned specimens remain the property and responsibility of the consignor until a confirmed sale is completed and payment has cleared.
Shipping and Insurance: The consignor is responsible for securely packaging, insuring, and shipping all items to Mile High Meteorites. Any loss, damage, or delay prior to confirmed receipt remains the consignor’s responsibility.
Customs and Declarations: The consignor is responsible for accurate customs documentation, declared values, and any import/export duties. Mile High Meteorites cannot modify or assume responsibility for customs declarations made by the consignor.
Claims and Lost Shipments: In the event of a shipping issue, the consignor must initiate any necessary carrier trace or insurance claim. Mile High Meteorites will assist with documentation as needed but cannot assume liability for loss or damage before confirmed receipt.
Sales Terms: Commission rates, pricing, and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before listing any consigned material for sale.
Unsold Items: Items not sold within the agreed period will be returned at the consignor’s expense.
